Welcome to Cannon Health, where I specialize in nutrition psychiatry and disordered eating. As a Nurse Practitioner, I have observed the impact of disordered eating on patients' health and well-being.

To provide specialized care, I have obtained certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and am certified in Emotional Eating Management through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and am certified through the Craving Change program (CBT for individuals or groups). Additionally, throughout my nursing career, I've worked in various specialties such as intensive care (ICU), ambulatory care, pain clinic, wound care, and specialty clinics that provide nutrition education for disease management.
My goal is to provide compassionate and effective treatment to help you achieve optimal health..mentally and physically!
